At first I was thinking... I betcha a dollar it's a killer car that the county seized.

Then I saw that it was a clunker!

Amazing that the County of Hawaii is actually enforcing something for once.

Now if we can start getting criminals with multiple offenses off the street then we might make some real progress.

I have heard of people saying things like... "If you want to commit a crime, then Hawaii is the State to do it in."
