An article in the Tribune-Herald a week or two ago stated that construction work should be done around November, but the opening date had not been set by PETCO.

Racing against County to beat the holiday shopping season... how hard can it be to inspect non-load-bearing construction inside an existing permitted building which already has correct zoning?
