HPP Halloween Contest
#1
How come the Board doesn't host a Halloween Costume party at the Hui?
It would allow the kids to come to a safe location and dress up.
And have a little contest on stage.
All that want to participate in handing out candy can set up a table the kids can walk from table to table and get candy.

If you think health care is expensive now, wait until you see what it cost when it’s free...now here come the taxes.....

Well that makes sense.... You pay your fees for your roads and that goes to snuff and puff... and you dont even get a bit of kibble for Halloween for the kiddies. Aint that a trick and no treat. Maybe that is why the community spirit for the subdivisions is lacking.

Not just for HPP but also for many of the other subs.

Video of Clowns (Associations) dealing with land and home owners. One segment even shows the road manager on the road roller.

Kahunascott, the previous board 2016-2017 also got rid of the yearly volunteer awards. I believe the $ went into chip seal. They got rid of cookies at membership meetings, "no cookies FOR YOU!!!". That was Dist 2's idea back in Oct 2014. She almost got rid of providing water too.

They almost got rid of the yearly Thanksgiving event in 2014-2015 but there were people who put their foot down on that one. That was a relief.

Kahunascott, how much time does it take to put something like the Halloween costume party together? The next board mtg's on Oct 18. Too late?

they don't because the Board and the manager would inevitably upstage the kids....it doesn't get any scarier than their lot!

Sounds like "ag tourism" to me. Are all the County permits in order? GET license?
