For 110V AC, Black wire, white tape ("neutral"), green tape (ground). Wrap tape six inches up on the ends, done. (When pulling thru conduit, dish soap makes it easier on long runs of conduit, no more than 100 foot run without "pull station" (that skinny, hot dog looking box with a gasket and cover). Do not use "wire nuts" inside this type box, use larger 4 inch square with gasket and cover if "wire nuts" are used.
If 220V AC, use red, and blue tape on remaining two conductors.
Do not use "Romex" type within conduit, but single strand coated instead.
Use a small 4 over current ("breaker") sub panel at termination end to protect and run your lights and outlet branch circuits.
I personally would "over rate" the conductors for if I needed to expand my shed service I have the proper wire in place to do so.
All products must be "UL listed and approved" if going by Code.
