I went into DVM in Hilo to register my car today got there about 40 people in lined only 2 people working it was going take at least a couple hours to get done. So I went to Safeway to see about the D.M.V kiosk, It took me about 3 min to do it there. It cost about $8 extra to do it and it takes debt or credit cards. I wish I went there first because I had to by some food any ways. I think was well worth the $8 to not have to wait in line
