A friend of mine had them, went to the doctor and was told she could apply "flowers of sufur" powder - which is a special fine pink colored sulfur available at compounding pharmacies (Long's maybe?) You have to ask for it. She first covered her skin with vaseline and then the suflur powder before bed 2 nights in a row, and after washing everything in super hot water with the lice stuff, it worked. I bet any oil would work as well as vaseline if it was on the viscous side. If you try this, be careful not to get the stuff in your eyes because it burns a bunch. I bet it's not a good idea for anyone with an allergy to sulfur, but it seems a little less icky than other options. Good luck!
