Essential workers

Who else on here is an essential worker?

What PPE does your work provide for you or are you providing for yourself?

I am (arguably) an essential worker. I go to my office every day - isolate there (no one else is in the office building) - and disinfect my hands on arrival and disinfect every surface into and out of the office each morning. Interior janitorial service was suspended - trash is placed in an outdoor receptacle for pickup by janitors. Every surface I touch outside the office during the day (e.g. to the restroom) is only touched with a paper towel that is disposed of on return to the office. All interaction with others is via video and telephone. All paperwork is signed digitally.

No PPE is provided by my employer - I have a set of face masks fabricated by myself - with a bleach bath after each use.

Family member is an essential worker at a grocer here. No PPE provided, but all are wearing homemade masks as of this week.

Another family member is a mainland nurse. PPE denied until right before the CDC announcement, now surgical masks (but not N95) provided.
