Aloha Test Driver,

You are invited to test technology for measuring mileage for the Hawaii Road Usage Charge (HiRUC) research project. We understand that you may not be driving as much as you normally do because of the COVID-19 pandemic, but your participation will still be helpful!

Participation is free, and you are eligible for up to $100 in rewards throughout project, which runs until January.

Yes I got it a few months ago. I'm not going to participate in their dry run for "up to" $100 in gift cards or whatever. Waive my auto registration for a year then we'll talk.
