Opinions on HPM vs HD metal roofing? Cost, quality?

HPM custom cuts them right in Shipman's. The less the panels are handled, the better. You can order about any gauge/style and custom cut length from them.

HPM for quality, and for matching plastic (though I recommend white, not clear). Pattern 7 is probably the most durable.

If you can't wait "up to 3 weeks" the roofing from Aloha is "okay" -- but get your screws from HPM.

Is the Shipman location an actual store or just a factory?

All metal roof from Shipman is factory. HPM can take up to 3 weeks (they change patterns), Aloha will occasionally do same-day if you catch them early enough.

HPM plastic roofing or cutoffs are "whatever they have in stock". Cut-offs were $25 last I saw, and luck of the draw (they won't dig for a color).

FYI. We wanted to get the pattern 7 in country red from HPM. We were told it would take at least 2 months to get. Something about having to get the raw material from somewhere else.
