Send them back and ensure that every airline that flies here, puts them on a no-fly to Hawaii list.

Aloha, had a very mean and aggressive person on my property recently. He was new to Hawaii and he was a nice person until he got on the property. Called the police several times, they could do nothing because he had not hit us. The police suggested a TRO. I applied for one but the judge denied it. Finally with help of neighbors got him to the homeless shelter. He theatened many things including he would be back. I do a lot of yardwork out in my yard, and for the safety of myself and the citizens of Puna called the homeless shelter with a 5 hundred dollar donation to fly him off the island. The person in charge would not take it.
