Aloha all,
This is my first post.
I am searching for a plumber to pull a permit in Eden Roc.
No physical work, just one permit.
Anyone got any leads?

Root,
Most reputable plumbers are not going to pull a permit for you if they are not performing the work.

roothub, how much experience do you have with plumbing and do you know the local codes?

The county inspector said everything looked good since the place would be grandfathered in. It's an older house that I am trying to bring up to code. This is the last big thing and then it should pass. But I'm having a heck of a time finding a plumber.

Sorry if i did not mention it but the plumbing and the septic tank were not done by me. They were done when the house was built according to the building plans back in 1984.

Try Wes Davis - team@cwnet.com - he is working on many of my asbuilt projects. If the plumbing is already in and not permitted, he will pull permit, come out and do a site visit, fix what needs to be fixed and call for inspection. Although on many of the "asbuilts" the plumbing is in - some one with a lic needs to take responsibility for them and get them permitted. This is not "buying a lic" - he really does come out and check, fixes or changes to meet current code.
Cost right now is about $1000 + time on site. There is no way to estimate exactly how much time it will take to get it up to code and permitted.
