Got the official memo from the Bldg Dept -

Please be aware that if you submit a application for an "asbuilt" during the amnesty period, you will need the plumbing and electrical permit applications to be submitted with the bldg permit application.

An addendum ... after speaking with Paul at Mauna Kea Plumbing, one of the licensed plumbing contractors.... he said to remind everyone that the amenesty is NOT down and dirty... the inspectors are going to be thorough... or at least Harris the plumbing inspector is... the plumbing should be done as if you were going to be the next buyer.
