Music from Master bedroom's bathroom sink/faucet

When water is turned off in bathroom sink, it sounds like a distant, faint flute is being blown into faucet down in the waterline somewhere. Have any of you ever had this? I'm wondering if I'm gonna have a waterline explode from to much pressure build up? I say that because when I turn faucet on, noise seems to stop?

found problem! family pet(dog) had hose all knotted up with faucet turned on! I'm sure one of my boys had a hand in it too!
