So you have a home built in Puna...

....and that home comes with a that one year Homeowners warranty. You have problems that arise with your home. So you write a letter/email to home realtor that sold you your place. How long does said Realtor have to respond to one's letter/email. Is there a time limit?

Handle every situation like a dog,If you can't eat it or hump it,piss on it and walk away...

Just remember, while most GCs will give you a one year warranty, they don't have to. If you had to send a letter to your real estate agent than your relationship with him/her is already strained. If you think you have a case contact the Principal Broker.
