Who can stamp house plans?

If you want Lucky Bennett you better be very rich, his prices start at $15,000! In addition, get to him quick, he has been convicted of tax fraud last month and facing 15 years behind bars and a $2M fine!

Ooops! I'm out of the loop! I haven't sent over any plans to him for quite awhile, perhaps that's why? Hmm, he did a set last year for $400, though. Maybe he now needs a lot of cash right away quick to pay the fine?

Is the 15 years/$2M the maximum?

Well, take him off the list then for awhile!

Modified from approved plans means exactly diddly squat unless they were plans previously approved by Hawaii County. That's just the way it works around here.

Hotzcatz, the plans were not only approved, they were originally stamped by the same architecht who offered $9-12/sq ft,depending on the bidding.
