Does anyone know if these are good prices for framing, siding and roofing? I'm thinking of building in the future and I'm trying to get some prices together.

Does this price include materials? Are the doors and windows installed? Drywall? Painting? Metal roofing? Shingles? Gutters? Pouring the slab?

So it would be $20,000 to frame up a 2,000 square foot house?

Yes, the 10$ a square foot includes framing on concrete slab, siding, installing all windows and exterior doors, and installing metal roof. This price does not include materials or the concrete slab, just the labor for the above list. Of course all plans should be bid, as there may be extras such as hand frame roof, stairways, etc.

Using HC's example of 2000 SF - do you charge the same for a two story? What time frame?

When ever you are talking about what is included in a price you should also ask clearly what is not included.

Good communication is at the center of good business.

For example: Is treating the cut ends with Borate included or not included?
Assume the best and ask questions.

It would generally be the same price with an additional price for the stairway. In all fairness one I would have to see the plan to give you the exact price. And Rob, of course you have to coat the cuts with the Borate, otherwise you void the termite warrenty. so, of course that would be included in the price.
