The Paradise Studio Artist Tour is this weekend, Saturday and Sunday, December 6 and 7.
There will be 36 artists in 14 studios in Hawaiian Paradise Park, displaying and selling their arts, crafts and more. Some unique types of art featured are locally made and braided bracelets, lava pots, native plant dyed fabrics, recycled art, mosaics, woods and furniture, hand blown and fused glass, oil, acrylic, and pastel paintings, jewelry, fashion and clothing, and quilting.
Some studios will have demonstrations at various times. All artists will be present and available to talk story.
We donate 10% of the profits to a local public school. Last year we gave over $600 to the Keaau High School art department. This year the money will go to the Pahoa School of Arts and Sciences.
