I'm getting ready to build on a lot in HPP. It will be the only dwelling on the property. I have been able to find some stuff on additinal "farm dwellings", but nothing on what is required for the original dwelling to be considered farm. If anyone has any knowlede of what I need to do to build my house and not be hasled by the county, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

There is no special requirement for one dwelling, just submit your plans to the Building Department. You need to contact the Planning Department first for the additional farm dwelling. Once you get their approval than you need to submit your plans to the Building Department.

Can you actually get a farm dwelling permit in HPP? Wow....

Yes you can, as long as you really do farm or have any other type agricultural activity approved by the Planning Department.
