My experience exactly, oink. The patches work pretty well, too, for quitting. If you put a new patch on every day for 6 months or a year, tho, it gets pretty expensive. They taste terrible if you roll one up and smoke it.

For reals, though, it's been several months since I last had nicotine in my system, and it feels good.

wow oink has it kinda right

stopped a pack an 1/2 a day habit at 40yrs old by smoking a bud every time I wanted a cig ...one week later and very sleepy never smoked a cig again...been 12 yrs....still sleepy Smile

Are there still "out" smokers? The last several years that I smoked I only smoked at home and was as secretive as possible (except in Vegas where smoking is required).
