Oh goodie! I should use this as an excuse to plan another trip. I still have the darned stone ground grits that I lugged from Atlanta to give as gifts. The tsunami interferred with me bringing them back by on Saturday. And my tan is starting to fade.

David - I have told them what a great job I did at the Hilo store and that they should transfer me there. They explained no problem. Sure that the Hilo store could use another cashier. Of course, I can't take my salary or benefits package so ............. continue becoming debt free and then move.

Hey Rob it started at 1:00 and ended at 5:30. There was two main issues that got resolved. With Tom Brown and Larry Higgins there explaining the VC concept and answering questions the community voted to not take away the VC designation. It was interesting thing to watch happen. The anti VC got there chance and the pro did too. I think the deciding factor was I believe it was Larry Higgins expressed that removing VC designation would take make it harder to ever get back once gone. He urged us to let the process happen. It was good to see people get involved.
Also through the process we found that or articles of incorporation were broader than our bylaws. An amendment to the by bylaw was proposed to bring them consistent with articles of incorporation. Offering clarity to the boards function.
