Rob did not violate the embargo of the press release in any way. The embargo simply means that any and all foods, medicines and other vital supplies be withheld from the press release until the embargo ends.

Spiritually, the embargo was and is still in place, as the press release continues to be confined within it's material body of words. Once released from the cycle off karma, the press releases embargo ends.

I know nothing about journalism and scoops and embargoes and such like, but now that you put it as you have, I am suddenly and wholly at peace with the universe having previously been completely unaware of the turmoil and dilemma this event presented thinking it to be thoroughly irrelevant.
