So you buy a Nissan Leaf or similar - it is all electric, no gas.
How will these owners be paying for the road use taxes which are generally collected via the tax on every gallon of gasoline/diesel?
Even a moped owner pays something.
Do these electric vehicles do any less damage to the roads? (no)
I see an opportunity for another tax/fee from our specialists in the state and county governments.
