Pahoa Pool
#1
For those of you who use this wonderful facility or would just like to support a local cause, there is a proposal you may vote for this month on the Pepsie Refresh everything web site. http://www.refresheverything.com/hotshowers. You may vote for ten proposals each day of the month. You need to register before you can vote, but it doesn't take long.
Also the pool has started closing for furlough Mondays every other Monday starting last Monday, Aug.2.

Argh. You're right! Pepsi has taken my freewill and my waistline and ruined me financially and now they have access to every bit of my online data; I have become a pepford wife!! What's that noise you make when you shake your head left and right really really fast and your lips make that brgh..brgh..brgh noise.

I grow my own food, make my own cheese and laundry soap, etc. But I gotta tell ya, I love Pepsi! But then again, I LOVE Walmart. More than that, I love that Pahoa pool. And I think there's something really magical about the sound of coins dropping into a vending machine, one by one, as my anticipation builds about what I'm about to devour. If my inheritance were big enough (and trust me, it's not) I would put water heating solar panels ALL OVER that roof!

I'm VOTING! And letting everyone I know to vote also. Most of the people I know have aliases! That's alot of votes. Thanks sandys

Why not ask for a series of smaller grants for each of the individual items that are listed? There is big competition for the $250k grants. This is putting all the eggs in one basket.

Hope I don't appear to be psssssycho.

Can I somehow delete my response so I don't look foolish?

I had seen that other post as well. You aren't psycho.
Because the ability to delete and modify posts is turned on, it is a good idea to just "quote" the response. That way the original post stays around.

I think that is a great idea. I believe anyone is allowed to write a proposal at the Pepsie refresh everything site. It looks like new ideas are accepted for each month. I applaud the efforts of the person that took the time to write this proposal to help our community. Perhaps you could submit one for September. Please don't forget to vote.
