Want to meet like minded people who are interested in local sustainability, eating healthy traditional foods, and want to make a difference in their communities? Please come and join us! We will be showing part one of Nourishing Traditional Diets Key to Vibrant Health featuring Sally Fallon Morell author of Nourishing Traditions. Potluck to follow sharing delicious traditionally prepared foods, local resources and info on Korean Natural Farming. We will also be encouraging people to bring extra homegrown fruits and veggies or prepared items for barter and trade after potluck.
Please bring a Weston A. Price friendly food to share and your own eating utensils or some to share. Mahalo!
Movie starts at 10:00 a.m. potluck will start at 12:30
Remember to invite your friends and family as well as your local farmers!
This is a free event open to the community. Donations will be accepted.
