My question is in the sustainable materials selection.... not sure how Fiber Reinenforced Polymer (FRP) & triple pane glass fulfills "Select sustainable and durable materials produced in the tropics"
It is innovative, but does look like living in a jet engine to me...

LOL.... I do love to see what the "kids" are coming up with at design schools. One of my favorite things used to be to go to Parson's for the end of the year project presentations. Some of the items were really cool and some were in the "what were they thinking?" category.
Pete, I agree this may not be my cup of tea either... but I love how they think totally out of the box.
This particular contest is for solar designs.
