The realty office (can't remember the name) across the street from First Hawaiian Bank in Pahoa has notary service. But the service is only available when the licensed notary is there so you might have to stop by and make an appointment.

most banks and credit unions have a notery if you have an account. Also check the phone book. I believe there is one in Nanawale
