Found: Border Collie - Male 38LBS

Found today on 21st and Kaloli. Its black with white and tan markings. I have him in my yard for now and also reported to the humane society.

There are 2 Border Collies that live right on Kaloli maybe a street or 2 down. I see them tied in the carport every day.
