When the laser hits the frog it will immediately hop out of the way. Maybe slightly injured, but still croaking. Commercially available lasers can pop balloons etc but they aren't particle weapons and the frog is not going to just "sit there" and take it. The device you seek is not yet available to the consumer. Maybe 3-5 governments in the world have the weapon you seek. By the time such a weapon exists within your price range, you'll probably have decided that the sound of the coqui is not so bad.
