OMG!! We had this happen! Old truck had flat - it sat there less than 2 days while I picked up new tires.... prop owner next door emailed us about broken truck (after being notified by someone else in neighborhood)!! lol ... #1 i said truck has a flat tire not broken. secondly tire is fixed! only thing you got that is true currently is that it is an old work truck.

And now old work truck is in the loving home of another punawebber! and I miss it already!

You would think people had better things to do than poke around in your business! I didn't think Kapoho had CC&Rs, when we lived there I saw plenty of "dead cars" in people's driveways and yards, or was this at a job site? Either way it seems like someone was on a hair trigger about other people's vehicles.

We used to keep an extra beater car parked in the yard for my parents to use the 2 months a year they visited. It ran, but rarely left that spot between their visits; I don't know how I would have reacted if we had been on the receiving end of communication about our "broken" car, especially since our neighborhood was a working people's neighborhood with no CC&Rs or other picky rules about what you did on your own place.

yo, i never thought of you as a "pink" kinda guy. i'd go with the burnt orange (minus the pumpkin face accents) [:p]. once you're all pau as in finished with the project, i'd name her "haleakala". sounds about right.[8D]
