Terrapin at Uncle Roberts Cancelled

aloha all, the terrapin station free show at uncle roberts awa bar on August 4th is cancelled. they double booked accidentally and we got bumped. Please help spread the word if you know anyone going cause we passed out choke fliers and have no way to contact everyone to let them know. big mahalo's and hope to play soon. aloha

again, we are desperatley trying to find a new venue for that evening so i will keep you posted if it happens.

Hey, you guys rock. Started watching some videos on youtube. Have you looked into that reception hall up by the Pahoa pool? There is a stage inside, it is all covered and there is a big kitchen and serving area. Don't know anything about who to contact or what it costs to book it.

hey mahalo pahoated! no, never heard of the place but will try and find who to contact. this show is definetly a no go but we will be playing (with 2 other bands) august 31st at Hawaiian Sanctuary for the Puna Medical Center Benefit. don't know if this will be billed as a Terrapin Station show though. anyway, if you "facebook" (which i dont) check out the bands facebook page for updates and videos and all. Please always keep us posted for venues. Akebono was our "home turf" but it seems there was a change in who books the shows there and don't know if they are up and running for shows at the moment. last years halloween gig was a blast with costume contest and prizes and all, and we wanted to do the same this year. but we will see. we haven't heard anything regarding booking for them. aloha and mahalo again for the good vibes.

The Hui at HPP is actually pretty nice, big stage, power, smooth floor, open air on the sides, parking, bathrooms, and a commercial kitchen. I think it isn't too expensive either, call the HPP Homeowners Association office for the cost. Good luck finding a venue.
