when jokes are taken too far, Punaweb related

Thank you.

There's no maybe about the just two, and I did not try to change my history by deleting posts. It is what it was and if facts are wanted there is no need to speculate. The only time I really talked about my first husband was we had some topics about music. He grew up with Captain Beefhart and the Magic Band members and played music with them, and even though that wasn't Puna related, somebody had started talking about Beefhart.

Anything else was my current husband who has been the man in my life since 1980. It's a good thing he would rather fix his computers than read message boards or he would not be happy with all this junk being talked about him this week.

I don't need an apology. Just bring us all some humble pie. Smile

It's just a friendly invite. Nothing is required.... there will be no guns allowed. Consider it in the Spirit of Aloha.

Rob,
I would love to meet with you. I have NO time for MD7000 until he has shown some willingness to retract the facts he stated about me that are lies. I value my time way too much to put myself through talking with someone who has this type of attitude. No thank you.

However, as soon as I am out of this damn traction I would love to have a beer. I fell off a cliff while 4-wheeling. Now I am paying the price recovering. That is actually the only reason I joined punaweb. I never had time for any internet before and was given an ipad for my bed-ridden state. This is the first venture onto a blog for me and it helps pass the time. (note: not whining or looking for sympathy. I did this dump stunt to myself.) I am hoping to get directions on how to get onto facebook too. That site looks like fun.

Thanks for all you do here Rob.

I'm not particularly fond of such expressions of ill will. I'm not too fond of being ignored as as ask people to back up and relax a bit. I keep reminding people that communication is not a competition and winning is not the goal. Everyone can ask for whatever they want but no one is required to answer.

(Except if a member makes false statements about another member, the falsely accused member has a right to be answered, not just ignored after lies have been stated as facts)

The more things change, the more they stay the same, I thought with the banning of a member and his tacky attempt at retaliation, things would improve, but the continuing negative comments, explanations, demands for answers or apologies is never-ending

You and the others that got caught up in this mess have a right to be angry, but you are expecting someone to think and act the way you would act if the roles were reversed, it probably will not happen!
Life should be fair but it's not. We cannot change the world, we cannot change many things about ourselves.
So how about a Time-out, [Smile]

EVERY MOMENT OF ANGER IS ONE LESS MOMENT OF HAPPINESS
