Paradise & Highway - buildings for sale??

Anyone know what the deal is w/ those 2 buildings for sale at the corner of Paradise & the highway? Are they to be moved or is the land for sale too?

Not sure if anyone cares, but I called the number on the sale sign & he wants $19K for each building 860 sq ft. He's willing to sell buildings alone or w/ land. Seems a little steep to me.

That price might be a bargain if the county is going to take any of that land for the improved highway.
Are the buildings properly permitted?

Totally serious - if the county is going to take some of that land for the improved 130 - and they will have to - the county will have to pay for it. That means that the $19k asking price, which includes a "cabin", could be a bargain. I wouldn't want to live there, but as a rental property, what a quick return on your investment!

The $19K is per building only, no land, they have to be moved off the lot. I don't know what he wants for the land.
