Been here 4 months and still haven't seen tamari in bulk. It is entirely possible I missed it, but would love to stop buying the little bottles of tamari. Come to think of it, I haven't even seen freshly ground peanut butter at a health food store. But with all the other great fresh things we have, no complaints!

And they also have some mighty tasty "Kimchee Base" sauces for make-your-own kimchee. We picked up the Takabayashi "MU-HI" concoction, sliced up some Japanese cucumbers and immersed 'em in it for a couple days. It was ono!

working my way through the various curry paste options- lots without MSG!
need to start poking into those freezers! but make your own kimchee...Ooooooohhhhh!
