Want to get real estate sales information

The two websites suggested here last year are no longer maintained.
Localhawaiirealestate.com and bigislandgurure.com haven't been updated in about 5 months so I'm open to suggestions again.

If you are looking for realestate for sale, I use alohaliving.com

I also receive the e-mail updates from Harry Pritikin
Harry sends the final sales price and the 'back on the market' information that alohaliving does not show.

bigisland gurure.com was updated recently (April 7th). I do agree that the site does not get updated as often as it used to in the past. Seems to be about once a month or more between updates now.
