Yep..We all need a full gym in our house and a theater... the shipwreck would make a good backdrop for 50cal. target practice..

Hope it sells full price.... It would help the value of my humble 1200sf "shack"!! LOL Love the theater, I could love seeing movies on the big screen with cheap popcorn!!
