I think the lots near the ocean are only 1/2 acre. Probably wouldn't accomodate the home and the pool.

I saw that last night and I was going to post it here - you all beat me too it. I like the pool with the island in it.
It was built in 2007, wonder why they are selling it?

We took a look at it from the road. It's alot smaller looking. Someone did a great job with the photo's. Also the neighbors homes on both sides are kind of run down looking. I doubt it will sell for that amount.

Interesting that the property taxes on it are only $4000/year (through 2007 they were only $400!). And they've still been late paying every year but one since 2002.
