Most the stop signS do have the 15mph already on them, it idiots who fail to follow the law, that is creating the problem. I walk my dog regularly, but that doesn't stop these idiots, passing me going 40-45 mph. Even yelling at them to slow the F#ck down, doesn't work. signs posted or not, PEOPLE HAVE GOT TO LEARN HOW TO SHOW RESPECT, FOR THEIR NEIGHBORS AND FELLOW CITIZENS.
