Volcanic Eruption

Has anyone noticed when the news media talks about our current flow, do they use the words "Volcanic Eruption" instead of lava flow? If so, we might get more tourists interested. Does anyone know if East Hawaii has had an uptick in tourists because of the latest activity?

The term "eruption" is used by HVO whenever lava makes it to the surface. Thus it is erupting at Pu'u O'o and the summit.
