Found Dog in Ainaloa

Aloha, posting this for a friend. She found a young dog last night (3/18) on Ainaloa Blvd, complete with tags! We're not getting anywhere with the humane society tracking down the owner via the tag license. If you are missing your pup, please call Juanette at Hilo Coffee Mill 968-1333 & identify your doggie. She would love to reunite this baby with its ohana!

Good luck finding the pup's owner. It might help if you post the info that's on the tags. Someone might recognize it.
