Just woke up and noticed the lighthouse stopped rotating. Too tired to figure out who to call so called the Pahoa police station and figured they could sort it out. Anyone else notice the light fixed in one position pointing perhaps North West? Odd to see it that way.
Back to sleep for me.

LOL imagine that. I was about to go to bed and thought, what if the police don't call the right people. I called the Coast Guard and they hadn't been notified. Now... I can go to sleep.

me thinks we need some independent investigative reporting on the many reports and complaints about the local police dept., including the people who take our non-emergency calls.
