For those interested, Pam's son has posted an ad on craigslist offering for sale some of the livestock, vehicle, and equipment from her farm.

http://honolulu.craigslist.org/big/grd/4044913931.html

QUOTED HERE:
"10 cows, 14 pregnant sheep, chickens and more (Mountain View - N Glenwood)

My mom Pam Lamont passed away on Aug 26th. She loved the oasis she created here -- which includes 10 cows (asking $500 each), 1 mature dexter bull ($1,000), 14 very pregnant sheep ($100), 3 rams ($200), 24 hens ($10) and a couple Rhode Island Red roosters ($20).

Also available:
2002 Toyota Tacoma SR-5 V6 4WD - $8,950
1993 Red Jeep Wrangler - $3,800
Farm equipment (including a new large tractor -- New Holland TC30 tractor with a 7308 bucket and Lands Pride Rotary Cutters purchased originally for $18,5900 -- asking $10,000)

All of these animals, cars and other goods need good homes immediately and are for sale. They have been extraordinarily well cared for by my mom and her band of merry helpers.

Please contact Bob and Josh if you or someone you know can help us find new homes for Pam's treasures."

Some have wanted to join together this Sunday morning to early afternoon, at Richardsons.

Seven years ago yesterday Pam had arranged for the first Hilo Dive Sunday, but it was rained out, and on the first Sunday, Sept. 3, 2006 the first Punaweb SCUBA Sunday, watersports, beach day was held.

Bob & Josh have asked everyone to join them at Richardsons this Sunday, Sept. 1 to remember Pam, with the potluck beach day that Pam created.

They will be joining us from 11am - 1pm, and then will be inviting everyone to join them up at the Lamont Ranch in Glenwood from 2pm until 6pm, as Pam had wished to be remembered at both places.

Pams rules will still be: come when you can, leave when you must, bring what you can share.

I will have the pop ups, the box of paper plastic stuff, most likely Lilikoi Leamondade, (add) fruit platter & if I remember the grill n stuff... also Kayaks & snorkel stuff ... along with some yard flowers to send to sea."

The announcement was also posted in this 'Punatalk' thread (which started as "SCUBA Sunday/Beach Day" title, until the family had made their arrangements):
