Could you please have them play this as a background, at the very least?

The guys lived here for 2-3 years and returned to the mainland. I worked with one of them for a short time.
Oh, the cars they drive are rentals provided by the show I believe. I seen a few people on the other thread were bugging out because it didnt belong to the buyers or agent. Who cares, its a rental. Who cares what people drive.
Also, thanks for posting those youtube videos, the music is beautiful I wish I could translate.

That show is a lot of BS. JMO
I wonder if on their "facts" that they like to throw in if they'll mention the real crime rate, murder rate, and how often home invasions happen.

There was an episode on Hawaii Life not long ago where a family with three sons always wanted to live in Hawaii and live very near the beach. It was filmed in Puna. They looked at three homes in the area and ended up buying one in Leilani. In between house shots, they were constantly showing beach scenes......the beautiful white sand beaches on the Kona side. Also, they constantly show footage of Ali'i Drive with all of the little shops and restaurants. (They did show a brief shot of Pahoa and Kaleo's) The family kept saying they wanted to be no more than 10 minutes from the beach....and there would be another white sand beach shot. It was such false advertising for families who are sitting on the mainland and think they can be on a white sand beach for less than $200,000. The show is basically a joke.

Ryan, why did they go back to the mainland?
Sorry, for you all that are taking the show WAY too seriously, you clearly have no idea of what media television does to create shows.
If you think ANY media source, is truthful, including ALL news reports, you would have a heart attack if you knew how much bull**** all of TV is.
With that in mind, its a fun show about house hunting in the Hawaiian islands. It is NOT a documentary on the geographical, political and criminal facts of Puna.

Like pretty much all "reality" TV; the show is mindless drivel; crafted to sell advertising while anesthetizing people too lazy to actually live their dream. Instead they can fake it from the sofa while eating chips.
