In the end, embarrased and found out, the University will apologize. There is no other meaningful response that will pass the test.

I couldn't agree more. Giving away a copy of the Constitution, or selling a product with the Constitution written on it are two different situations.

So, some common ground. We both believe there are some conditions that can be taken into account when determining whether an individual, or organization, or company has had their 1st Amendment rights infringed.

Actually the UH land is leased from the Home Lands. Which is why 80% of the parking fees go back to DHHL.

I'm curious; If the students were handing out coupons, store promotions, Korans, anal lubricant samples, or the Communist Manifesto; They'd still be protected under the Constitution, right?

If so, the University should have no basis to restrict such activities, right?
