So, how much are they going to charge for parking and "vehicle security"?

This is Hawaii's first space port. It may be the first official space port in the country, since Texas and California haven't officially opened their's. Finally, something we can all agree on! It isn't just for landing, it's also for launches. You don't think the space bro's are coming here permanently?

this would be the documentation on a license to operate a launch site. I doubt that area will ever be compliant.

license to operate a launch site.

Spaceport operators claim to be "Hawaiian Kingdom", and as such would be exempt from regulations that apply to the US, assuming that any regulations are, in fact, being enforced in Puna.

(Half-smiley for the humor impaired.)

Could this site be on State lands and therefore be an illegal use of State lands?

How high does the yogi levitation have to get before it falls under that use?

I think launches suggests typical rocket propellants , whereas maybe something like "engage" anti -grav may be better suited.
Also this launch facility wouldn't be anything like the ones in Texas or California as it isn't using conventional tech.

I think it would really funny if a UFO did and land the occupants got out and they were all yoga hippies who wanted to share they knowledge of building with tarps.
