OrchidlandGuy, I think you are correct in who Nhb is. Too bad you were suspended for daring to say her name. Nhb should've been suspended for putting someone's name and address on PunaTalk. That was dispicable to do that Nhb.
Maybe there will be criminal charges coming, who's to say? You're being premature in your assessment Nhb. But then you are the originator of all those false rumors about secret meetings and law suits, all which are false. Attempting to divert attention away from yourself again and the non transparencies that occurred under your tenure. Decisions involving large amounts of money without full board approval.
What about all the dust we've been buying from a particular vendor despite all the owner complaints over the GM's tenure and a good chunk of JC's tenure on the board? Owners so frustrated by lack of action to change the material. Water trucks watering the dusty roads at $500 a pop instead of changing quarries and purchasing better quality road material FIRST. Why did we keep doing business with a particular vendor who kept selling us dust? That was the association's money being flushed down the toilet for the past few years.
Carol, I understand what you're saying about posting minutes etc. It's true and I agree with you. If you go read the previous minutes you'll see the previous board had some of the same issues. Last year June 2013's is still a draft and heavily edited. A lot went down at that meeting. Discrepancies about the election with JC involved and running for her district and a request for her resignation. The new board are trying their best to sort out the mess JC and her majority board left behind. The last paving project was a mess and that was the last of our bond money.
