Roseanne DID not step down.
Since the board gave reasons for the firings they have broken state and federal laws to protect both current employees as well as former employees, it's all on video tape.
If Roseanne didn't resign why is the a posting on the website for District 8?

I had a paper thrown on the GM's desk in front of me that didn't even have my name on it and was told I'm terminated, get your things and don't ever step foot in this office again! We were treated like common criminals in front of our co-workers. It is fact employment in the State of Hawaii is at- will and we all understand this but the hostility in which we had to experience was unjust, unwarranted and extremely unprofessional. There were owners there acting as Security Guards for heavens sake. Experiencing the actions of these BOD members Common sense tells me that if they had a valid reason they would have been more than happy to share this right then and there and I would have expected to be handcuffed and taken off in the paddy wagon for the manner in which these terminations were conducted!
They got a title and all common sense and humanity went out the window!

Got a real good dig in there didn't you Hawaii Deb?
Wonder what you're so mad about, and why do you want to skewer someone who was fired point blank for no reason by a group of people who clearly had a plan to "clean house"?
By the way, sorry if I offended you by lumping you in with the rest of the New Board Lovers (NBLs) for comments you didn't actually make. I guess I was just reacting to the tone of your posts and not necessarily the actual words and accusations you were making.
Happy Thanksgiving and Aloha to you and your clan.

I was referring to what the board said at the July board meeting.
I do not know what went on in the office.
Have a happy and safe Thanksgiving

Cathy,
Wasn't Flying Surfer in the office the day you were terminated? I was told he was there.

HPPWATCHDOG - Not sure who Flyingsurfer is??? If I new what their name was I could validate, because I do know the names of the two men (owners) present when terminations took place. They must have been contacted by the BOD in advance so they obviously new what was going down that morning. Wonder what reason they were given as to why they were needed there?? Flyingsurfer posted they were not in the office??? Who are you flyingsurfer????
Regards!

I said I was not in the office. I did not say anything about others.
I have removed that statement. but repeat it here.
I am sure you copied it. so read it again.
I was going to replace that statement with this as my reply to
hppwatchdog.
You are funny. In my option you act more like an agitator Than a watch dog. Do you hold yourself to the same standard you hold the people you say are doing wrong?
as to who I am.I will not say. Their has been threats made and pets killed over this. This has to stop. DO YOU AGREE THIS HAS TO STOP.

There is no proof of your statement about animals and threats made. The intent in your post is that it has to do with the fired employees and that makes it defamation, you just can't keep saying things like this in public.
I did not take the oath to uphold the bylaws I am only an owner.
I will stop when the board starts following the bylaws.
For example they still haven't posted the opening for a director in district 1 only in district 8. To me they are thumbing their noses at the bylaws and all the owners again and again.
The question that you should be asking is "when will they start following the bylaws"?
Cat you state that there were at least 2 non board members at your termination? It sounds like a violation of confidentiality during the terminations. That action is private and only directors need to be in attendance.
