OTA tv channels after this storm
#1
Channels 4-1 and 4-2 are still not working for me. I wanted to check to see if anybody else is having similar problems before I start re-scanning, re-orientating antenna, etc. Please post your experiences- all other OTA channels seem to be working fine for me.

For me, channels 4-1, 4-2 and 9-1 all give me a "poor signal quality" message rather than "channel not available" so think they're broadcasting but the signal is very weak. No amount of re-orientating my antenna results in a picture.

Channel 45 is up to its usual tricks. The picture is ok but will completely drop out every few minutes as if something is being reset. Oddly enough, this seems to happen when the station switches to adverts and then back again to the main show.

Moved my yagi, 4-1 and 4-2 are out for me too. Channels 13-1 and 13-2 come in great SNR but are choppy sound and picture. I think there is a problem with their rebroadcast.

4-1 and 4-2 still out here also in HPP. But that said... your not missing much tonight unless you like watching reruns of Mash and Andy Griffith or a 2 hour "The Bachelor"

I'm in Orchidland. I had to moved my antenna because the wind blew the old "stand" down, now it's on a mast on the roof. It worked great on the ground before.

Thanks. I'm surprised you can get 13-1 and 13-2. Maybe I need to rescan or buy an antenna like yours!
