Finally got something other than busy signal on their "emergency" line. First it gave a pre-recorded update from yesterday, then it looped to another pre-recorded update from the previous day. Then the phone rang for 11 minutes before I gave up in DISGUST.
DISGUST!! This is their "emergency" line?! NOBODY ANSWERS IT! THE LINE ISN'T EVEN MONITORED!
ETA: Use of all caps to document my disgust.

Power restored to Orchidland early this morning!
The old Generac is still working. I did wind up buying a bigger one from Costco when Iselle was about to hit and it's nice to have a backup.
