As the office manager that was my job, to take and produce mtg minutes. the board then approved them, not me. nothing related to HACA & HARC is off point here and people deserve to know who has posted or started a thread. this is a public forum. People who post unsubstantiated info need to be corrected. You continue to spread rumor and innuendo, not helpful. You post your opinions as fact. It appears you want to be known as some kind of community expert. You are not. Until you stop spreading lies about HACA & HARC, myself and my business, which you know the legal term for, then i will continue to correct you as I can. I am not alone in this mission.

laurie you appear to be alone in your crusade. nothing is off point. no rumor posting from myself , either comes from meetings I attend ,observations or documents. If you don't like the message, silence the messenger ?? is that the "mission" ? I am not intimidated .

I have been reading posting from orchidland and HPP they are both going thru the same problems as the acres. there is a posting on HPP that suggests all the Orchidland ,HPP and the acres get together in a class action lawsuit against the county.

Birchl - That is so nice of you to post findings from a website regulating the affects of cell phones on humans with imbedded electronic devices .
I am sure my husband has an earful for you on the hazards of cell phones on sensitive electronic equipment.
This debate is not good for this subject and should be a separate subject in the forum .

Who is in charge of Road E this year and last - open question to this board and what is the persons phone number ?

Whom is in charge of Road G and Road B and Road D and how can the persons be contacted ?

Mr.Hunglo - Thank You for your reply ,glad you enjoy and respect the fairer gender.

Birchl - many many residents volunteer their time and energy and resources in the acres, not just a few who do not actually live in HA.

Some of us mow and gravel our own roads as HA non profits ignore all but their own paths to their own properties or friends.

In the last year half , a bull dozer walked over approx 300 feet of pavement stripping and tore it to smithereens. The person who operated the machine is part of the VFD of HA and is exempt from paying any dues or trailer the machine, while all others must follow the un written rules .

Who is being held accountable and why are they reward yearly for volunteering.

It is NOT their money being sent in,to do with what they want with it.

Like any smart and prudent investment, they should be held accountable for fiduciary responsibilities.

Or pay the organizations back from their own wallet.

Birchl are you a member of good standing in both non profits ?

Who is responsible for the 4 inch rock dumped in piles on Road E from 8 to 6 half ?
They should be fired.
Or dismissed .
Really a big hazard .
When will this be graded ?
Maybe whom ever approved these piles should pay for it them selves and not from donations .
Idiots................

So don't send them any money -- HARC is optional, unlike property tax or FTR.

mimosa , i looked at the rock you are right idiots . it is a huge waste of money the rock is to big . someone tried to put it into the holes but the size of the rock it will just blow out of the holes and be all over the place in less then a week. and a much bigger waste of money on B road they used 2 1/2 " rock on the road what a mess that huge rock will fly out of the holes and be wasted on the side of the road in no time . nothing to lock it in . i think they are trying to give the impression that HARC is hard at work. 2 small loads of wrong rock is wasted money . no box scraping or prep work . and dumping piles of rock and just leave it HARC has reached a new level of incompetency and lack of accountability , they have posted on their facebook page that a bundle of money has come in , so much that if it continues there is no need for mandatory dues . so where is all the money going ... to pay the lawyer for the lawsuit ?? rumor has it there is the possibility of new litigation in the works.

Birchl - The needles and little drug baggie zip locks were located between 3 and 5 on Road E.
We reside near 4 and D.
We walks miles daily, and find all sorts of drug addicts discards.Recently we strolled up Road F and found from 3 to 1 road a few discarded needles with the little drug baggies. They appear to be everywhere ,where ever we walk for our exercise.
Some one hand filled the holes on Road E with the 4 inch rock but still a large pile is near 6 between 5 and 6.
Have to drive around it,to avoid bottoming out on a vehicle.
The next grader run will dismantle every ones hard work.Maybe some one on the HARC board lives on 6 and E OR they go to the pizza place and need better access is our thought.
They can not have mandatory dues, the land court has already told them TWICE they can not take the peoples donations and sue the very people who donated.
The land court said,in simple terms,if Hawaiian Acres wants mandatory dues, residents of HA must hui their monies and petition the land court on their own.
It is going on 5 years now since any work has been done on D road .
From 3Rd to 5rd.
G road only received 2 loads of rock all of last year and $500.00 was stolen or rather taken from G road an put on F road late into the budget year of 2014.
The two loads of 4 inch rock on E road is the 1st rock put down in 3 years .
No gravel at all on D road from 6 to 3 - One mile ignored once again .
F road had plenty gravel and grading all year long and C road also from 5 to 8 had plenty grading and gravel, who on the boards live on those roads our ohana would like to know.

Will 2015 be more of the same we wonder ?

Since Birchl knows so much about the $$$ can she please tell this subject where the money will go,or send links to us old timers where we can look and see where every penny is being spent.

Thank you

Mrs Mimosa
