The monolith at the end of Kuauli is technically "in a County Road".

Note the survey pin in the intersection which suggests that the road is not quite where it should theoretically be.

There is also the possibility that a sign permit will be required.

Stoner's Monolith would be an appropriate name being where it sits and leaving it toppled would be even more appropriate. []

I doubt the mason who put all the work in to intricately carving it and setting it up would agree with you leilanidude. It must have been hours of tedious work to create, it's artistic and it's sad it isn't still standing.
